Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 kg carrot(s)
  • 200 g onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 800 ml vegetable stock
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 1 package of tomato puree
  • salt and pepper
  • chives
  • Sour cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

with tomatoes

Roughly chop the carrots, onions, and garlic, simmer in the broth for 30 minutes, and then puree. Add the tomatoes and sour cream and season with salt and pepper. Serve with chives and a dollop of sour cream, if desired.
