Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 6 m.-large carrot(s) , carrots
  • 1 apple
  • 1 dashes sweetener, liquid
  • 2 tbsp lime juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the carrots and cut into finger-thick slices. Peel the apple, remove the core, and dice it. Place everything in a food processor or blender and blitz. Then transfer to a bowl and stir in the lime juice and the dash of sweetener.
