Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 turkey schnitzels
- 8 large mushrooms
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 tomato paste
- 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 cup of Cremefine
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 pinch(s) of piri-piri

Slice the onion into strips lengthwise and add to a pan with a little oil and the tomato paste. Add the whole garlic clove to the pan, followed by the sliced turkey cutlets. Sprinkle the piri-piri sauce over the meat, turning occasionally until the meat is seared on all sides. Meanwhile, add the sliced mushrooms to the pan. Add the Cremefine dressing and stir to combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the cutlets and serve. Serve with rice or pasta.
