Lemon-ginger cold tea

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 small slices of ginger
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 large lemon(s)
  • 1 cup water, hot

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

First, the ginger is cut into small, thin slices and placed in a cup or glass. The lemon is cut in half, and a thin slice is cut off, which is added to the ginger. The rest of the lemon is squeezed and added. Finally, the honey is added and hot water is poured over it.
