Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 6 carrots
- 1 tbsp oil
- 25 g Parmesan
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- some herbal mixture, frozen
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Preheat oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Trim the ends of the carrots and cut them into sticks. Mix the carrot sticks with the other ingredients and spread them out on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in the hot oven for approximately 15-20 minutes, then let cool for 5 minutes.
