Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g carrot(s), finely grated
- 200 g kohlrabi, finely grated
- 200 g cream cheese
- e.g. Dill, fresh, chopped
- Salt
- pepper
- some water
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
vegetarian filling for wraps
Sauté the carrots in a little water for about 5 minutes, until they still have a bite. Then stir in the kohlrabi and cream cheese. Finally, season with chopped dill, salt, and pepper. Tip for a non-vegetarian version: Add cooked ham or fried shrimp, depending on your taste.
