Oriental milk-based tea

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 liter of milk
  • 4 tbsp black tea
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 4 carnations
  • 1 pinch of cardamom
  • e.g. rock candy or honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

with cardamom, cinnamon, cloves and black tea

Warm the milk and add the black tea. Finally, stir in the other ingredients and let it steep briefly. Sweeten with rock sugar or honey, if desired. Then strain and serve.
