Carrot – potato – salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 potatoes
  • 4 carrots
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • some lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Moroccan

Peel the potatoes and carrots and cut them into small cubes. Boil them in salted water for about 20 minutes. Then drain and place them in a bowl. Add olive oil, mix everything gently, and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
