Cauliflower with parsley

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g cauliflower
  • ½ bunch parsley
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • Vinegar
  • olive oil
  • Salt
  • cumin
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Moroccan

Wash the cauliflower, cut it into florets, and place it in a pressure cooker with the whole peeled garlic cloves. Cook for about 10 minutes, or about 20 minutes in a regular pot. Crush the garlic cloves in a salad bowl and add the cauliflower and chopped parsley. Mix together the olive oil and vinegar, season generously with cumin, salt, and paprika, and drizzle the dressing over the cauliflower. Mix gently and season to taste. This salad can be served hot or cold.
