Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g pasta, colorful, small wheels, e.g. from Nosari
- 1 small can of kidney beans
- 1 small can of peas, finely chopped
- ½ onion(s)
- 8 cocktail tomatoes
- 3 slice(s) cheese , (Dutch melt slices, from Hochland
- 5 tbsp soy sauce, Chinese
- ½ tsp mustard, medium hot
- Spice mix (Chinese spice)
Instructions

Prepare the noodles according to the package instructions. In the meantime, drain the canned vegetables and transfer them to small bowls. Finely dice the onion and quarter the cherry tomatoes. Once the noodles are cooked al dente, drain and transfer to a large bowl. Add the onions and kidney beans and mix. Let cool slightly. Then fold in the peas and tomatoes. For the sauce, mix the soy sauce with the mustard until smooth. Season generously with Chinese spice and mix. Pour over the salad and mix well. Finally, cut the cheese into smaller cubes and add it, mix, let it sit for a moment, and season again with soy sauce and Chinese spice before serving.
