Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g carrot(s)
- Rapeseed oil, a few drops
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Wash, peel, and cut the carrots into small pieces. Cook in a little water until soft, then puree or mash with a fork. Before feeding, add 3-5 drops of oil to each serving.
