- 80 g spelt flakes
- 400 g banana(s)
- 20 g butter

Bring the spelt flakes to a boil with 360 ml of water and simmer for about 2 minutes. Peel and finely chop the banana, and add it to the spelt flakes. Stir in the butter and then puree the porridge.
