Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g carrot(s)
- 1 small onion(s)
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Peel the carrots and slice or dice them. Cook in salted water until al dente. Peel and dice the onion, and add it to the cooled carrots. Stir the mayonnaise into the carrots and season with salt and pepper.
