Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g carrot(s)
  • 1 large apple
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 75 g yogurt
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise (salad cream)
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 4 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • 20 ml apple juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes

very juicy

Grate the carrots and apple. In a separate bowl, combine the sour cream with yogurt, salad dressing, vinegar, oil, apple juice, and sugar. Season with salt and pepper. Add the carrots and apple and mix well. Let stand in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, then taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
