Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 5 carrots
  • 1 apple
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 2 tbsp herb vinegar
  • some lemon juice
  • some mustard, medium hot
  • chives
  • salt and pepper
  • n. B. Maggi

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Peel the carrots and apple, then finely grate them. Add salt, pepper, chives, oil, herb vinegar, a little lemon juice, and a pinch of mustard. Mix the salad well. Season with Maggi to taste. Refrigerate the salad for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow it to marinate.
