Chicory fruit salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 m.-large chicory
  • 1 banana(s), ripe
  • 3 apples
  • 1 pear(s)
  • 150 g sour cream
  • 1 can of tangerine(s)
  • 50 g cane sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

After removing the bitter stalk, cut the chicory crosswise into fine strips. Also finely chop the fresh fruit. In a bowl, combine the sour cream with 2/3 of the mandarin orange juice and the sugar. Add the fruit and chicory strips and stir in. Finally, fold in the mandarin oranges.
