Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 50 g almonds
  • 400 g carrot(s)
  • 1 small apple
  • 15 g oil
  • 15 g vinegar
  • 15 g cream
  • ½ bunch arugula
  • ½ tsp herbal salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the almonds, carrots, and apple if necessary, then chop, dice, or grate them as desired. Wash the arugula and mix in. Mix the remaining ingredients to make a dressing and toss with the vegetables.
