Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 6 carrots
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 garlic clove(s), finely chopped
- 2 tsp honey, liquid
- 2 tsp mustard (Dijon mustard)
- 2 tbsp vinegar (red wine vinegar)
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Coarsely grate the carrots. Toast the sesame seeds in a dry pan for a few minutes. For the marinade, whisk the garlic, honey, mustard, vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Pour the mixture over the carrots along with the sesame seeds and mix thoroughly. Let it sit for a while.
