quick and tastes delicious and light!
Combine softened butter, egg, and sugar and mix with a dough hook. Then add the flour mixed with baking powder and mix well (with a whisk). Roll out the well-kneaded dough into a greased 28 cm springform pan or simply spread it out with your hands, forming a small edge. Combine all the topping ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well with a mixer (you may want to stir the custard powder into a little milk first and then add it). Mix thoroughly on high speed. The topping will be very runny! Pour it into the springform pan on top of the dough and place in a preheated (200 °C) oven (top/bottom heat, middle rack) and bake for about 55 minutes. Even after baking, the cake will still be very soft; it will only become fully firm after cooling. You can still test it with a toothpick; when no more dough sticks to it, the cake is done! If you want to bake more and freeze the cake, or simply want to feed more guests, you can make double the amount and prepare everything exactly as described, just bake everything on a baking tray instead of in a springform pan, this works great with this cake too.
