Carrot sauce with honey

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 750 g carrot(s), cleaned and chopped
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • some salt
  • some pepper, black
  • 200 ml vegetable stock
  • 250 g cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

super delicious with pasta

Melt the butter in a saucepan and briefly sauté the carrots. Season with honey, salt, and pepper, then add the vegetable stock and cream. Cover and simmer over low heat for about 10-12 minutes. Then puree the mixture and season to taste. Delicious with pasta.
