Carrot soup "Jaci" with a shot

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g carrot(s)
  • 200 g crème fraîche (30% fat)
  • 2 tsp vegetable stock (granules)
  • 300 ml water
  • 2 tbsp orange liqueur
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Curry powder, hot

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Peel and dice the carrots, then sauté them in hot butter in a large, non-stick pan for 10 minutes. Then dust with curry powder, add the vegetable stock made from water and granules, and simmer for another 20 minutes. Finally, stir in the crème fraîche and orange liqueur and serve immediately.
