Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g minced pork (also Mett)
- 2 onions
- 750 g carrot(s) (sticks)
- 750 g diced potatoes
- 1 liter meat broth, hot
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped

Brown the meat, add the diced onion, and fry the carrots and potato pieces. Add the broth, bring to a boil, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for 45 minutes. Stir in the parsley, season to taste, and serve.
