Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g carrot(s)
  • 500 g potatoes
  • 500 g minced meat
  • Broth for pouring
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Brown the minced meat for a bit. Then pour everything into a pot with broth (meat or vegetable broth, depending on your taste) and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for about 40 minutes. You’ve got a simple and delicious carrot stew.
