  • 6 sausages (Mettenden)
  • Vegetable broth, instant
  • salt and pepper
  • butter
  • Parsley

Clean the carrots, trim the ends, and slice them. Peel the potatoes and dice them. Peel the onion and slice it too. Sauté the onion, carrots, and potatoes in a little butter for five minutes. Add water and season with stock to taste. Boil for another ten minutes. Place the Mettenden sausages, either sliced ​​or whole, on top and cook for about 15 minutes until tender. Add a little parsley. Finally, season with salt and pepper, and perhaps more vegetable stock to taste. Sliced ​​Bockwurst sausages also work instead of Mettenden sausages.
