Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 onion(s)
- 800 g carrot(s)
- 3 potatoes
- 1 jar beans, white
- 4 Mettwurst sausages
- ½ bunch parsley
- Salt
- pepper
- vegetable broth
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Sauté the onion in a little oil. Add 1 liter of water and bring to a boil. Dice the carrots and potatoes and cook until soft. Add the sliced white beans and sausages and simmer briefly. Finely chop the parsley and add it. Season to taste with salt and pepper and a little vegetable stock, if desired.
