  • 800 g carrot(s)
  • 3 potatoes
  • 1 jar beans, white
  • 4 Mettwurst sausages
  • ½ bunch parsley
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable broth

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Sauté the onion in a little oil. Add 1 liter of water and bring to a boil. Dice the carrots and potatoes and cook until soft. Add the sliced ​​white beans and sausages and simmer briefly. Finely chop the parsley and add it. Season to taste with salt and pepper and a little vegetable stock, if desired.
