Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g cheese, vegan, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 spring onion(s)
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar, white
  • 50 g sour cream, vegan
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp chives, freshly chopped, optional

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

quick, easy and delicious

Dice the bell pepper and vegan cheese. Finely slice the spring onion and mix everything together. Mix the balsamic vinegar with the vegan sour cream and seasonings and add to the cheese mixture. Fold in and garnish with freshly chopped chives, if desired. It’s very quick and tastes delicious and refreshing.
