Ingredients for 1 servings:
- ½ cube of fresh yeast
- 2 tsp fructose
- 1 tsp salt
- 175 ml soy milk (soy drink) or other
- Flour (whole wheat flour), 2/3 cup
- 1 cup flour (wheat flour)
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp curry powder
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 carrot(s), grated
- 1 small zucchini, grated
Instructions

Gently warm the milk, add the sugar and carefully dissolve the yeast. Put the other ingredients in a bowl, add the yeast mixture, stir well and let it rise for about 10 minutes. Knead the dough (it will be very moist and you may need to add a little more flour) a little and put it in an oiled 25cm loaf pan. Let it rise for another 10 minutes. Bake at 200°C for about 30-35 minutes. Delicious on its own. Or topped with lettuce, cheese, sausage, cucumber slices, egg slices, tomatoes, etc. Great as a snack for the kids!
