Carrots – Ginger – Hash Browns

The perfect carrots – ginger – hash browns recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 g Fresh carrots
  • 1 piece Fresh ginger about the size of a thumbnail
  • 1 Egg
  • Pepper and salt
  • Chilli flakes
  • Oil
  1. Clean and roughly grate the carrots. Peel the ginger and grate finely. Add the ginger and egg to the carrots and mix everything together. Season with pepper and salt. Grind a few chilli flakes over it.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the hash browns on both sides. Remove from the pan and use kitchen paper to remove excess fat.
  3. If you like, you can also serve a dip.
