Carrots – Ginger – Hash Browns
The perfect carrots – ginger – hash browns recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 150 g Fresh carrots
- 1 piece Fresh ginger about the size of a thumbnail
- 1 Egg
- Pepper and salt
- Chilli flakes
- Oil
- Clean and roughly grate the carrots. Peel the ginger and grate finely. Add the ginger and egg to the carrots and mix everything together. Season with pepper and salt. Grind a few chilli flakes over it.
- Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the hash browns on both sides. Remove from the pan and use kitchen paper to remove excess fat.
- If you like, you can also serve a dip.
