Ingredients for 9 servings:

  • 400 g carrot(s), finely grated
  • 60 g leek, frozen
  • 100 g desiccated coconut
  • 3 tsp herbal salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 20 peppercorns, ground
  • 100 g buckwheat, ground, for binding
  • Oil, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

gluten-free, egg-free, dairy-free, vegan

Combine all ingredients, form patties with wet hands, and fry in hot oil on both sides. Usually, no additional liquid is needed. My own recipe
