Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 pork neck steaks
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, sweet
- some garlic
- e.g. mustard
- possibly onion(s)

Mustard roast, delicious and quick – from Thuringia
Pound the pork neck steaks to make them nice and tender. Sprinkle with pepper, salt, and paprika (I usually have a large container with these three spices pre-mixed). Sprinkle with fresh or granulated garlic, and then simply spread generously with the mustard. Let it sit for about 30 minutes and then place it on the grill! If you like, you can also place sliced onions between the slices of meat, but it will work just fine.
