Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g cashew nuts
- 50 g yeast flakes (fine yeast flakes)
- ½ tsp lemon pepper
- ½ tsp herbal salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Vegan Parmesan substitute – non-melting
Combine all ingredients in a blender and grind until finely ground. Delicious on pasta and pizza, and anything else you’d normally sprinkle Parmesan on.
