* for the tomato sauce
- 1 Can Chopped tomatoes
- 1 Onion
- 1 Solo garlic
- 2 Chilli red
- 4 Pointed peppers green
- 0,5 tsp Curry powder
- 0,5 tsp Sugar
- 0,5 tsp Ground cumin
- 1 pinch Ground caraway
- Seasoned Salt
- 1 tbsp Fresh basil
- 1 tsp Fresh thyme
- Olive oil

- 400 g Waxy potatoes
- 2 Eggs
- 100 g Grated Gouda
- Peel the onion and garlic and cut into small pieces. Peel the chilli and paprika, remove the seeds and partitions and cut into small pieces as well. Pluck the thyme, cut the basil into small pieces.
- Heat the oil in a pan. Steam the onions in it until translucent, then add the garlic, chilli and paprika and cook with them. Sprinkle in curry, sugar, cumin and caraway seeds and sauté as well.
- Then add tomatoes and spices and stir, salt to taste.
- Bring to the boil briefly, turn the heat down to the lowest possible temperature, put the lid on the pan and let it simmer for about 25-30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, boil and peel or peel the potatoes and then boil. Then let it cool down a bit and then cut into slices.
- Put about half of the tomato sauce in a small baking dish, then place the potato slices on top, then place the remaining tomatoes on top.
- Beat the eggs and mix with the cheese. Carefully spread this mixture on the tomatoes.
- Cook / bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for about 20-25 minutes.
