Casserole: Späkrahack
The perfect casserole: späkrahack recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 tablespoon Spaetzle – homemade here, rest
- 6 tablespoon Roasted white cabbage from my KB http://www./rezept/469387/Gemuese-Weisskraut-geroestet.html
- 4 piece Meatballs, meatballs or whatever they are called, rest
- 4 tablespoon Grated Parmesan cheese
- 100 ml Cream
- 1 piece Egg
- Cut the meat cake into cubes and mix with the cooked spaetzle and roasted cabbage. Put everything in a greased baking dish.
- Mix the cream, cheese and egg in a blender jar and pour over the mixture.
- Cover and bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes. Remove the lid and bake until the cheese has turned color.
- Serve the casserole on preheated plates.
