Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g chanterelles
- 1 kg potatoes
- 2 m.-sized onion(s)
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 1 cup of cream
- 200 g cheese (Gouda), grated
- 200 g Parmesan, grated
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Make fried potatoes (with onions). Sauté the chanterelles in a second pan. Transfer the fried potatoes to a casserole dish (season with salt and pepper). Arrange the chanterelles on top, then drizzle with cream and crème fraîche. Sprinkle the cheese over the potatoes to coat everything. Bake in the oven at 160°C (320°F) for about 40 minutes, then briefly crust over.
