Fish: Salmon Stewed on Leaf Spinach (without Fixed Packets)

Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Skinless salmon fillet
  • 350 g Frozen spinach leaves
  • 0,5 Chopped onion
  • 100 ml Condensed milk 10% fat
  • 125 g Mozzarella
  • 15 g Butter
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • Sprinkle lemon
  • 1 Garlic cloves chopped

Instructions
 

  • Take frozen spinach and let thaw in a sieve. (or microwave defrost program). In a pan, sweat the onions in 15 grams of butter until translucent, add a clove of garlic, pressed or chopped.
  • Add the drained spinach and the condensed milk, mix in the pan for approx. 3 minutes.
  • Place the salmon fish on top of the spinach with a squeeze of lemon. Cut the mozzarella into slices and cover the fish with it.
  • Cook in the preheated oven on the middle rack for about 35 minutes.
  • Serve with rice.
