Cauliflower and avocado whole wheat pasta

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ small cauliflower
  • 130 g pasta (wholemeal), cooked
  • 90 g avocado(s)
  • 30 g cheese (goat)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp black sesame seeds
  • pepper
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

One Pot Single Food

Cook the cauliflower in small florets in very little salted water for about 10 minutes. The water should be almost evaporated by the end of the cooking time. A slightly deeper pan with a lid is best. Meanwhile, cut the avocado into pieces and season with pepper. At the end of the 10 minutes, add the cooked pasta to the cauliflower and heat for about 3 minutes. Only then add the olive oil. Season well with salt and pepper and add the sesame seeds. Finally, add the goat cheese in small pieces. Do not allow it to melt completely. Add the finished dish to the avocado. Alternative preparation: Place the pasta on a deep plate on top of the cauliflower and heat for 5 minutes. Add the cauliflower to the plate and mix all the other ingredients on the plate.
