Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g broccoli
- 500 g cauliflower
- 160 g onion(s), sliced
- 400 ml milk
- 2 eggs
- 80 g cheese, grated Emmental
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Tear the vegetables into small florets and blanch briefly. Sauté the onion slices and mix with the vegetables. Whisk the eggs and milk together and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Transfer the vegetables to a greased casserole dish, pour over the egg wash, and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) for about 35 minutes. Alternatively, add the corn.
