Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp whiskey (Irish whiskey)
  • 1 cup(s) coffee, strong hot
  • Cream, lightly whipped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

In a heatproof glass, combine the sugar and whiskey. Fill the glass with hot, strong coffee, filling it just below the rim. Whip the cream until it just thickens. Pour the cream over an upturned teaspoon. TIP: I whip the cream with a little vanilla sugar.
