Cauliflower and tomato pan

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 500 g cherry tomatoes
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 2 onions
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 4 tomatoes, dried
  • salt and pepper
  • Spice(s) of your choice, suitable for baked vegetables

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Low-carb vegetarian

Clean the cauliflower, cut into small florets, and cook until al dente. Remove from the water and drain. Cut the tomatoes into approximately 1 x 1 cm pieces. Chop the onions and fry in a little oil. Add the tomatoes, cauliflower, and crème fraîche to the onions and sauté for about 5 minutes. Cut the sun-dried tomatoes and feta cheese into small pieces and add them along with the spices. Finally, season with salt and pepper. Optionally, you can add chili flakes or garlic.
