Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 1 spring onion(s)
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, lighter
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, dark
- 2 tsp honey, alternatively 1 tsp sugar
- ½ bunch of dill
- 1 pack of seasoning mix for salad, e.g. salad fine dill herbs
- salt and pepper

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Thinly slice or grate the cucumber and finely chop the spring onion. Combine the dressing ingredients in a separate bowl and let stand for at least half an hour. Before serving, mix the cucumber and onion with the dressing thoroughly.
