Cauliflower 'Bolognese'

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g cauliflower
  • 150 g minced beef
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 tsp vegetable stock powder
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • e.g. sea salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of oregano
  • ½ tsp chives, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Boil the cauliflower florets in salted water, drain, and set aside. Dice the onion and sauté in butter until translucent. Add the ground beef and fry. Crush the garlic clove, dice the tomatoes, stir in both, and cook for 5-8 minutes. Add all the spices and bring back to a boil briefly. Pour over the cauliflower and serve. Tip: If you like, you can peel the tomatoes; canned tomatoes work too, of course.
