Cauliflower – Broccoli – Cream Soup
The perfect cauliflower – broccoli – cream soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 0,5 Cauliflower
- 0,5 Broccoli
- 1 Onion
- 1 Spring onion
- 1 Tl Oil
- 1 liter Vegetable broth
- 2 El Processed cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
- Nutmeg
- Roughly dice the onions and spring onions and sauté them in the oil in a high saucepan.
- Add the cauliflower and broccoli florets, cut into small florets, and deglaze with the broth. About 15 minutes on a light heat. Let it boil.
- Add the processed cheese, season and puree.
- If desired, add a dollop of creme fraiche. Good hunger
