Cauliflower – Broccoli – Cream Soup

The perfect cauliflower – broccoli – cream soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 0,5 Cauliflower
  • 0,5 Broccoli
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Spring onion
  • 1 Tl Oil
  • 1 liter Vegetable broth
  • 2 El Processed cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Nutmeg
  1. Roughly dice the onions and spring onions and sauté them in the oil in a high saucepan.
  2. Add the cauliflower and broccoli florets, cut into small florets, and deglaze with the broth. About 15 minutes on a light heat. Let it boil.
  3. Add the processed cheese, season and puree.
  4. If desired, add a dollop of creme fraiche. Good hunger
  5. For my Wwler, the whole pot is about 6pp ;-), so feasting is announced.
