Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Recipe for MICROWAVE or OVEN

Pre-cook the cauliflower and potatoes, dripping wet, for 6 minutes at 600 watts. Place the potato slices in a greased Tupperware Ultra Plus 3-liter container (or other lidded casserole dish), season with salt and pepper, and arrange the cauliflower florets on top. Thoroughly mix the minced meat with the diced onion and seasoning (if you don’t want to use Maggi, season to your own taste), then spread over the cauliflower. Prepare the hunter’s sauce according to the package instructions using a total of 500 ml of water. Stir the cream cheese into the hot sauce and pour over the casserole. Pierce the minced meat a few times with the handle of a wooden spoon to allow the sauce to run through. Cover. Cook for 13 minutes at 600 watts, then for another 6 minutes at 360 watts. Allow 5 minutes to stand before serving. Or bake for 35 minutes at 200°C (preheated).
