Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 2 packs of hollandaise sauce
- 1 pack of butter vegetables, frozen, approx. 400 g
- 10 m.-sized potatoes
- Oil for frying
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, hot
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
in hollandaise sauce, for a casserole dish
Peel and halve the potatoes. Boil them in salted water until they are al dente. (I always cook them until they slide off a fork when pierced.) In the meantime, brown the minced meat in hot oil in a pan and season with salt, pepper, and hot paprika, if desired. Add the buttered vegetables to the meat and fry until soft enough. Place the cooked potatoes in a sieve and quickly run under cold water to cool. Meanwhile, add the hollandaise sauce to the minced meat and buttered vegetables and stir. Slice the potatoes and layer them with the minced meat and vegetable sauce in a baking dish. Bake for about 5 minutes on the middle rack of a preheated oven at 150 degrees Celsius (300 degrees Fahrenheit).
