Cauliflower Cream Soup with Thermomix

The perfect cauliflower cream soup with thermomix recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Cauliflower florets
  • 250 g Potatoes, cut into pieces
  • 1 Pc. Onion, peeled, halved
  • 700 ml Water
  • 2 cube Vegetable broth
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 0,5 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Freshly grated nutmeg
  • 150 ml Milk or cream
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  1. Put cauliflower florets, potatoes and onions in mixing bowl and chop for 4 seconds / speed 5. Add the other ingredients except milk / cream and lemon juice and simmer for 17 minutes / 100 degrees / level
  2. Then stir in lemon juice and milk or cream. Puree the soup at level 10 / approx. 20 seconds.
  3. The cauliflower can also be replaced with other vegetables such as broccoli, kohlrabi, etc.
