Cauliflower Cream Soup with Thermomix
The perfect cauliflower cream soup with thermomix recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g Cauliflower florets
- 250 g Potatoes, cut into pieces
- 1 Pc. Onion, peeled, halved
- 700 ml Water
- 2 cube Vegetable broth
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 0,5 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Freshly grated nutmeg
- 150 ml Milk or cream
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- Put cauliflower florets, potatoes and onions in mixing bowl and chop for 4 seconds / speed 5. Add the other ingredients except milk / cream and lemon juice and simmer for 17 minutes / 100 degrees / level
- Then stir in lemon juice and milk or cream. Puree the soup at level 10 / approx. 20 seconds.
- The cauliflower can also be replaced with other vegetables such as broccoli, kohlrabi, etc.
