Cauliflower crumble

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 small cauliflower
  • 6 tbsp panko
  • 50 g hazelnuts, ground
  • n. B. Salt
  • e.g. cayenne pepper
  • Clarified butter for frying
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cauliflower with a twist

Clean the cauliflower and cut it into large pieces. Either chop it in a food processor until it resembles rice or finely chop it with a knife. Heat the clarified butter in a pan and fry the cauliflower with the panko and hazelnuts until browned to your liking. Fry for about 10 minutes. Season with salt and cayenne pepper to taste. A little heat is good for the dish. Towards the end, add the butter, melt it, and stir it in.
