Cauliflower curry soup

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g cauliflower
  • 750 ml water
  • 1 tsp curry
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp processed cheese with herbs
  • 100 ml cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

with herb melted cheese

Cook the cauliflower florets with the curry until soft, puree ¾ of the way through, add the cheese and dissolve it, stir in the cream, and season to taste.
