Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 3 carrots
  • 2 onions
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • curry powder
  • salt and pepper
  • Parsley
  • Vegetable broth, instant

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Clean and chop the vegetables, and place them in a pot. Cover the vegetables with water and cook until tender. Then add the vegetable stock and puree everything. Season to taste, and you’re done! You may need to skim off some of the stock before puréeing, otherwise it will be too runny.
