- 1 small pumpkin(s) (Hokkaido), 250-300 g
- Vegetable broth, granulated
Instructions

Peel and halve the pumpkin. Scrape out the seeds and cut the flesh into small cubes. Place in a saucepan with 250 ml of water, or a little more if desired, and cook until the pumpkin is soft. Season to taste with granulated stock.
