Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g cauliflower
- 140 g minced meat
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 piece(s) ginger, approx. 1 cm
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp curry
- 120 ml vegetable stock
- 60 g sour cream
- e.g. salt and pepper

Either use frozen cauliflower florets or divide the cauliflower into florets. Cook in a pot of salted water for about 7 minutes until al dente. Finely chop the onion, mince the garlic, and finely grate the ginger, then sauté in a pan with olive oil. Add the minced meat and fry until nicely crumbly. Now add the curry powder, then deglaze with the stock and add the sour cream. Bring to a boil while stirring. Season with salt and pepper. Add the cooked cauliflower and let it simmer briefly over low heat.
